We're Hiring! Graphic Designer

3 Waves is looking for a passionate designer to join our team of talented creatives. 

We've been fortunate enough to employ some of the most talented people in the industry, which has not only led to our success but the success of our clients.

The Gist

With oversight from our Creative Director, you’ll be designing and producing graphic materials across all forms of media - print campaigns, websites, digital assets, ads, logos and oh-so-much more.

Since our designers work directly with clients and vendors, strong oral and written communication is muy importante. Our schedules are all pretty packed, so the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and – at times - collaboratively.

You can’t take yourself too seriously because we certainly don’t!

Our clients depend on us to make their projects the best they can be. We need someone who isn't afraid to ask stupid questions, revisit the design brief, or take calculated risks. When we're making waves, we're making magic.

Squad Goals

• Experience in graphic design, layout, print production and media relations is required
• Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of effective advertising
• Must have basic web/HTML knowledge; proficiency in web design is preferred
• Design software proficiency on a Mac platform is required, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.​ Obligatory Microsoft Office Suite, too.
• Experience with motion graphics and/or video production is a huge plus
